Fabulous place to stay in KL! Great amenities and very well located. Great value for money!

Pros: Fabulous place to stay in KL: great view from our room (we were on the 30th floor looking towards the KL Tower and Petronas Towers), rooftop infinity pool, pocket gardens on the rooftop and other floors were amazing, rooms were well styled and comfortable even if compact, convenience store and ATM in lobby area. Very well located in KL: the KL Eco Park is right outside across the road, close to KL Tower and Petronas Towers, 15-20 minutes easy walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, Lot 10 food courts, Shawarma Street and Pavilion Mall. Great value for money experience and I would definitely stay at Ceylonz Seasonal Suites again (my room was managed by MyKey)!

Cons: You may need to wait for the lifts a little at busy times - not a big issue overall though.

Pros: Good place to spend a few days in KL. Clean, nice view, good facilities.

Pros: Perfect location in walking distance to Central Market, River of Life, Independence square, Petaling Street, Bukit Bintang. Clean, great views over the KLCC, and Merdeka 118 tower from the pool, pool bar, nice pocket gardens and bar with restaurant. We highly recommend.

Pros: The room was big with a large window to see the view. From the rooftop, you can see the KL tower and the side of the petrona towers. The gym was basic but good. Good location.

Cons: Queues and waiting time for the lift can be a bit long

Pros: It was perfect for the price I paid. So compact with an amazing view! Loved the amenities - Infinity pool with pool beds (you get towels there), terrace garden, gardens with swings in between floors, bar near the pool, Gym, and Office space. I couldn't get over the view from my room. We saw the Twin Towers light up at 6 pm and the KL tower light show at 8 pm from our room. LOVED IT ABSOLUTELY

Cons: Nothing, but if I have to say, I wish there were room slippers, shower caps, and floor mats in front of the bathroom. I also didn't check for this as I was on a tight packed schedule so can't say if they didn't give or I didn't ask so they didn't give.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, but the highlight for me was the stunning view from the sky garden on the 39th floor and the infinity pool on the 37th. Perfect place to relax and take in the city skyline!

Almost perfect

Pros: Great view from the room and also the infinity pool at the roof. I appreciate that the pool was open from early morning till midnight, closed only during rain. Room is spacious, beds comfy and the window seat great place to relax. The building has few floors with little hidden gardens, gym, cafe shop and washing service. Walking distance from light rail service.

Cons: Our bins were smelly and overflowing at the end of our stay, as no one came to empty them. I don't need freshly made beds or freshly cleaned bathroom every day, but cleaning the bins at least every second day would be nice..

Killer view

Pros: the location is amazig, (get 31 01 L/R room - you will have an amazing view) The room was decent size, had a kitchenette (stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, sink), a wet room/bathroom (hair drier - make sure it works), AC/TV. next to the room there is a pocket garden that is amazing, the pool is amazing too, and a decent size, plus the 39 floor teras is to die for.

Cons: The staff was almost useless, our hair dryer exploded (yeah, almost electrocuted me) and it took 3 days, 4 different receptionist, to get a hairdryer sent to us... at 6am (that had to be intentional). And be prepared to beg for toilet paper, as the room is cleaned every 4 days- and not really properly, and you will ran out of the 1ply quite often. And there is a lot of time spent waiting for the elevator (this one is noones fault, just be aware)

Pros: Location strategic Convenient parking and directly check in Convenient grab

Cons: Nothing, all good

Pros: Its very comfy. Would prefer if our rooms is facing the KL tower. But yeah its ok

Cons: Our bed is wet and smelly. Maybe due to previous guest staying.
