Overall I enjoyed staying here, and will come back to stay for next time!

Pros: From my experience waiting lifts is not that long, easy room service can order things u need or want to refill by the QR code.

Cons: Pool was packed with people, the pool closed at 10pm but staffs started to move all guest out at 9:45pm when I was there.

Great location and very comfortable

Pros: Stayed here many times as it’s the perfect location. Nice and spacious room and bathroom. Pool is always a bonus and I’ll never get sick of the views

Cons: Can wait a while for the elevator at reception and also at your floor as there’s only 4 so usually packed

Amazing view from the swimming pool

Pros: The accommodation was spacious and clean. The pool can be used free of charge and offers one of the most beautiful views of the Petronas Towers. The location of the accommodation is also good.

Cons: I had to wait a long time for both the reception and the elevator. When checking out, I left my suitcase at the reception, and when I wanted to pick it up, I had to wait about 20 minutes. The accommodation requires a deposit, which is best paid in cash.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: This is a great hotel in central KL. The room was huge. The bed was comfortable. Our room had s nice view of the tower. Pool has incredible views. This hotel was great value for money.

Cons: Pool area gets crazy busy with people taking photos.

Pros: The amenities and the convinience on check in counter.

Cons: Nothong much, mayb During peak hour the waiting time for lif took some time.

One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool- the city view was absolutely unforgettable.

Pros: The experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was so spacious, clean and extremely comfortable.

Thanks to the receptionst my last minute booking after my delayed flight was a great experience:)

Pros: The receptionist were very understanding and the view from my apartment was the best possible view.

Cons: I was missing a bathrobe to use for the pool and some short of vanity kit in the bathrooms. Also would be great if the pool had one more hour open.

Location view comfy

Pros: Location-close to the towers and train station, spacious room with amazing view

Cons: Not well equipped, as long as cups and spoons available there was no knife at all so we bought some and left in a drawer

Pros: Clean, spacious room with a view. Great pool, however quite crowded.

Cons: We had to check out 30’ earlier to get deposit back (500MYR). They won’t give you back before checking room.

Marvellous infinity pool

Pros: A big, big hotel, I suppose the main reason why people choose it is the infinity pool on the top and that is for a reason. Marvellous views from the infinity pool. There are four elevators for this part of the hotel and honestly we did not have any problems wasting our time waiting for the elevators to come given the amount of people going up and down.

Cons: They are strict with the check-in time and ask the ridiculous sum of 400 RM to check you in early, at about 1 PM, when I paid 350 RM per night for a triple room :)))). The other issue - only one towel per person because it was allowed to take it to the pool, so we had to ask for more.
