Comfortable stay with KLCC views, responsive hosts, well-equipped unit, long walk to attractions
Pros: Responsive and kind hosts. Stunning views of KLCC and KL Tower. Clean, well soundproofed unit with strong air conditioning, blackout blinds, excellent water pressure, and Netflix/YouTube Premium. Convenient by car and located next to GMBB, though about a 15–20 minute walk to trains and major attractions.
Cons: The walk to nearby attractions can be uncomfortable. Two lifts malfunctioned during my stay, causing long waits for the 40th-floor unit. Some guests at the pool lacked proper hygiene.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay!
Pros: In our 21 years of travel, we have never encountered such a genuinely caring and lovely host. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, attention to detail (an array of different pillows), and warmth truly set this place apart. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, including great restaurants, shops, and convenient transportation options. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will be returning. This accommodation isn’t just a place to stay. It’s an experience we’ll remember for years to come. Highly recommended!

Cozy compact unit suitable for 2-3 pax in the heart of KL!
Pros: Very clean property! Most amenities needed are there such as dishes, towels, toiletries. The host was polite and attentive to our needs and was available to contact. Location is pretty good as most KL destinations (Bukit Bintang/Pasar Seni/Pudu) are a 5-10min Grab ride away. The condo has a nice rooftop pool with KL skyline view.

Perfektes Apartment für einen längeren Aufenthalt
Pros: Das Apartment hat eine tolle Aussicht, auch wenn man den Merdeka 118 nicht aus dem Fenster sieht, dafür aber vom Dachgeschoss aus. Die Ausstattung ist top, super für mehrere Tage geeignet. Wir haben 9 Nächte dort verbracht und an mehreren Tagen auch von dort remote gearbeitet - auch das ging klar. Aufgrund unseres langen Aufenthalts hat uns der Vermieter auch ein Cleaning und Handtuch- / Bettbezugwechsel angeboten und dazu noch den Wasserbestand aufgefüllt, so dass wir nicht einmal selbst Wasser kaufen mussten. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt.

Perfect for a short stay in the city with beautiful view
Pros: The apartment complex was centrally located, making it easy to reach by Grab. It had 24/7 security, which added to my peace of mind. The apartment itself was a good size and included a washing machine that worked well, complete with detergent. It had everything I needed for my stay in KL. I enjoyed a fantastic night view of the Twin Towers and KL Tower from the apartment. Additionally, there were stores and restaurants within the complex, which was convenient. The apartment was clean, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
Cons: I wouldn’t necessarily walk a lot in the area as the roads are not soo nice, so I mainly took Grab, which was convenient.

Pros: Спасибо Дерилу за отличный приём! Квартира в отличном состоянии и очень чистая, что очень необычно для Куала-Лумпура. Про вид из окна можно писать стихи 😍 В квартире были все необходимые вещи для проживания (зубные щетки, тапочки, несколько пар полотенец, даже капсулы для стиральной машинки итд.) Это показалось нам очень продуманным и заботливым. Еще хочется отметить отличный Wi-fi! Сам жилой комплекс новый, с отличным огромным бассейном. Даже если там плавает много гостей, всем хватает места. На первом этаже находятся много магазинов и кафе на любой вкус, также в соседнем здании есть ТЦ с небольшим фуд-кортом. Отличное местоположение! До Pavillion 15 минут пешком, до башен Petronas и парка KLCC 20-25 минут неспешным шагом. То же самое с Чайна-тауном и Merdeka Square. Мы более, чем довольны нашим отпуском здесь. Спасибо, Дерил, за теплый прием!

The location is superb—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Kuala Lumpur has to offer. The unit itself, situated on the 40th floor, offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. A special shoutout to Jack, who was an outstanding host—always responsive within seconds and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The weekly cleaning service was a great touch, keeping the place spotless and well-maintained. Overall, an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in KL! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
