Overall good place, good view, friendly staff and clean

Pros: The reception people were responsible and friendly and although we arrived very late at night, they were available and check-in was easy and quick.

Cons: It was better if they had a breakfast buffet. Although the oven in the room was very helpful.

Great stay and friendly staffs.

Pros: Everything meet our expectations, we're returning guests stayed for 2 weeks.

Cons: The lift sometimes having issue opening the door at our level and sometimes too many guests going up and down, long waiting time.

Amazing and helpful staff

Pros: The staff of the hotel was VERY nice and they even helped us when we arrived, as we forgot to take cash and we needed it to pay the grab. Amazing service and very well located.

Pros: Location is easy for the AMWAY meeting but room cleaning may need more deep clean.

Cons: It provides one trash bin, not convenient for the family tour. Tissue and towel paper are not enough in the consideration of number of guests.

The reception staff are simply great. The rooms are clean. I felt very comfortable the whole time.

Pros: I would particularly like to point out that the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful The small convenience store in the complex was open almost around the clock. The small coffee shop was also very good. Unfortunately it closed too early.

Cons: Unfortunately there were no proper breakfast facilities in the complex. But there was a choice in a mall a 10-minute walk away. Perhaps the air conditioning should be installed somewhere else, as it is currently aimed exactly at the bed.

Pros: I like the view from the room window..very beautiful and interesting

Cons: I was a bit disappointed with the living room decor, because...the picture shows the use of a long sofa but there are only 2 single chairs available...a bit disappointed...

Pros: The room. Is pretty n clean. My room's view is very nice I could see klcc kl tower etc

Cons: Going to different buildings to enjoy the facilities eg butterfly garden, pool. Mosaic pool is closed for renovation which is so sad bec it's bigger pool. Sharing of bathroom in a 2 rooms apartment.

Pros: Its a beautiful place and i really confartable withe the facilities

Pros: The views are great from the rooms The location is good too and there is mart downstairs which is a big plus The staff are lovely people they try to help more than they can The breakfast was the best part of our stay on AMI
