Amazing and highly recommended stay

Pros: Absolutely amazing stay: - location: the property was in a new and modern apartment complex which had very good security and reception and through basement garage level there was a direct access to the Lalaport mall, great proximity to Bukit Bintang - apartment: our unit had two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and AC units in every room, everything was in a great condition and well maintained, really appreciated the complimentary water upon arrival and toiletry - staff: quick and clear communication through whatsapp, very kind and helpful - facilities: honestly the best part of the stay was the rooftop pool and seating areas with the amazing view (and with security as well) and there is also a second pool in 3rd floor with playground & sun bathing areas & “chill” lounges, we absolutely loved the pools and appreciated the bathrooms with showers on site there is also a gym, did not have a chance to use it

Cons: - it is not a minus but the initial access through security to the apartment complex can be complicated, the host needs to provide the access QR code to let you through the gate otherwise you cannot enter the premises, make sure to communicate and do the pre check-in with the host to prevent any confusion after entering the staff in reception will let you sit in the lounge and wait for the host to pick you up

Pros: Great location and nice apartment in a busy complex/area. No complaints, room was perfect for what we needed and ticked all the boxes.

Pros: Pool is amazing ! Staff were lovely, very helpful and kind.

Cons: Location is not great if you want to walk around, the late night check in and payment was complicated.

KL family holiday stays.

Pros: Great location at the Lalaport mall, first room we had was in great condition, astounding view and nice and clean.

Cons: Second room was cancelled on the day however the host managed to sort it, however the bedroom furniture was in poor condition, no seating on the balcony, internal walls scored by furniture rubbing against them and generally needs a freshen up. Had no qualms staying after the first 4 night stay however wouldn’t have liked to be in the second room for more than a night.

Lovely expeeience in KL

Pros: Great facilities and view from the infinity pool. The staff were very responsive and helpful when checking in. Good location

Cons: The women's sauna and steam room was not turned on

Pros: Everything was great, a fully functional apartment in the city center with an absolutely stunning pool on the 35th floor. The host was great, we really appreciated the delivery of bottled water for the whole stay

Cons: The only minor downside is that there are small Pharaoh ants in the building

Great stay offering exceptional value for money.

Pros: It was a great location to visit all the tourist sites in Kuala Lumpur. Plus the facilities were excellent and more importantly open and closed at convenient times. The apartment I stayed in was clean and tidy and provided all the facilities I needed. Finally the services I received from staff rounded off a perfect trip.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The location is perfect for a city break The infinity pool has a great view
