Malaysia 🇲🇾

Prime location, close to everything you needed

Pros: The front desk contacted me a day prior of my arrival to confirm the time of arriving and greeted me at the lobby as the reception is located at level 26.

Cons: The sound proofing is quite bad as you can hear the cleaner banging on items on the corridors or pushing the cleaning cart. Not so ideal if you would like to sleep in during your stay

Feels Like Home!

Pros: 5 mins walk to Pavilion. My suite was amazing! Clean and feels very cozy. The room is spacious, well organized. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Price was just right.

Cons: Would request for Qiblat arrow.

👍 great location, room + staff.

Pros: We had a lovely staycation. We super liked: * the amazing location, right next to Pavilion KL for food, shops etc. An overhead walking bridge goes straight into the mall. * the spacious room and bathroom, cosy ambience. The bed was super comfy and the kitchenette was great for preparing snacks and heating up food. * the staff was very helpful, warm and around to assist on ground or via WA. Truly appreciate that.

Cons: The use of Netflix in the room was limited. We were told 4 users per time so sometimes have to wait.

Great location and bathroom

Pros: The location was great with a connecting bridge to Pavillion. Saved us from a rainy day. The staff was really thoughtful, I mentioned in the booking remarks that it is our anniversary, they then offered packages if we would like to purchase to decorate the room.I didn't purchase the decorations. However, they still decorated the bed with petals and made a cake tower out of towels! That was sweet of them. Loved the huge round bathtub and spacious bathroom.

Pros: Great location, super king bed, great bathroom, kitchenette with an actual fridge not a cooler, washing machine and a sitting area and daily housekeeping.

Cons: Checking in and out was not as easy as it should be

Pros: Huge spacious room, big bathroom, excellent location right next to a huge Mall so lots of restaurants & shopping options. Quick easy check in & check out, friendly staff

Amazing stay in the heart of the city.

Pros: Best location if you're in town to shop. The link bridge to The Pavilion Mall made it so easy to cross over despite the rain. Checking in was almost seamless. The room was clean and spacious. Toiletries were provided and the mini bar was filled. The showers was working well and I loved the spacious bathroom and the bathtub included. The apartment is within walking distances to all the other recommended malls. No more suffering the traffic jams.

Cons: You'll need to contact the concierge upon arriving as the check in process is on the upper floors. I arrived but my mobile was not working. Unfortunately, the security was not helpful and no one was at the reception to help as well. I understood later, that the person manning the reception was busy ushering earlier guests for check in. It's not a deal breaker.
