Very comfortable apartment in a lively but quiet area with amazing food options around. Definitely would stay again!
Pros: We loved the smooth and easy check in process and that staff allowed us to check in later than usual. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had an amazing view on the skyline. The bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a restful and quiet week to relax! We will come back when we are in KL again. Thanks!
Cons: There might be little things added like a small lamp next to the bed, for reading or smaller light in the evenings as well as a shampoo holder in the shower. These are just little things to make it even more comfortable and it’s personal preference.

Pros: amazing building, brilliant shower with pressure, clean and comfy room, magical views especially at night!
Cons: naftaline smell was horrible. when i told management about it, the poor guy who came said he doesn’t smell anything 😂 maybe cultural differences, i dont know… they are building a new building next to it, very loud constructions from 7am.. you you’re out - doesn’t matter, but if you’re there to chill and rest…

Pros: As I'm travelling and working at the same time, the fact that it has a coworking space, gym, sauna, laundry, reading room, magnificent views, ... made it wonderful to be in that building. A few things happened during my stay and the support was always really fast in handling things. I extended my stay as I really loved the place. KL Sentral station is 5 minutes walking which is super.
Cons: There's another tower being built just next to it and there's noise the entire day. No worries for those who are out exploring but as I wanted to have meetings from the room, it was a bit inconvenient. Also the fact that I aksed for a discount as I extended my stay (for the fees at least) but nothing was granted. Not the kind of service I like to receive or give.

Exceptional value and a good provider
Pros: Beautiful building, great value if you want to be close to everything with great transport links (particularly ideal for airport). Rooftop with infinity pool and gym is fantastic. Quite a few providers rent out units in this building, and COBNB don't take a deposit and don't need you to wait around while they inspect the room after checkout, unlike some others, so it was all very smooth.

Clean and central
Pros: Very easy to take the train to many key locations in KL. The apartment is functional, pleasant, and the bedding is very comfortable. This is my second rental.
Cons: My comments are more observations than negative feedback: the apartment is in a large complex, so there are a lot of people (you have to be patient with the elevator). Interaction with the platform is only available via WhatsApp (you rent an apartment here; there is no hotel service, but you do have bath towels and shower gel/shampoo available).

Pros: Close to the monorail and KL station. Also close to mall, food. Safe place. Lots of natural light, comfy bed, comfy pillow, and a huge bonus was the fuy equipped kitchen.
Cons: There wasn't any place in the shower to put your products. I had to put them on the floor.

Pros: Excellent location near KLSentral. Handy to have the laundrette in the building. COBNB hot line was responsive when I had a query. Overall, very good value for money.
Cons: The room is small and with two people with luggage was cramped.

Pros: Just a stone's throw from KL Sentral, making it very convenient for getting around KL and the surrounding area.
Cons: You can hear the traffic at night (even though I was on the 22nd floor).

Really enjoyed my stay, apartment had everything I needed.
Pros: Clean, 200m to nearest monorail station! Nice pool and sunbathing area. Full kitchen! Rapid wifi! Air con was good
Cons: Can’t fault it for anything, people moan about the lifts, but I never waited more than a few minutes it’s no big deal.
