Pros: The staff is really nice, helpful and replies are quick. The view is really nice over all the buildings, petronas twins tower and KL tower. Spacious accomodation. 7/11 near the hotel.

Cons: The cleaning is not the best one. There are some stains on the bed sheets, towels are worn.
