Amenities could be requested via WhatsApp-staff would promptly deliver items like shampoo, body wash, water bottles (up to four at a time), or towels free of charge. 3. Luggage storage was available, with photos taken as proof of ownership. 4. The rooftop infinity pool had an amazing view of KLCC and the KL Tower. It was very popular at night, though it closed at 10 p.m., and security started clearing people out around.

Pros: Very beautiful view and location. The room is so big clean and beautiful view window and nice modern. Locations central klcc walk distance 5.10 minutes food restaurant so many around.

Cons: Nothing to say. But need to upgrade facilities will great.

Pros: Very cool room and clean. The location is great central walk in distance 5-10 minutes access klcc pavilion bukit bintang were great. Pool was pretty nice view klcc and kl tower were really loved we highly recommend for everyone.

Huge apartment with epic views

Pros: Huge apartment on the 49th floor with an amazing view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive. Pool and gym were great.

Despite these maintenance concerns, the stunning views and convenient location of The Platinum Suites KLCC make it a pot

Pros: Overall, my 6-night stay at The Platinum Suites KLCC was a pleasant experience, offering breathtaking views and a convenient location. However, some maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, which I appreciated. My suite, located on the 47th floor, provided a stunning bird's-eye view of Kuala Lumpur, including a clear view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The swimming pool was also a highlight, offering another spectacular vantage point for admiring the city.

Cons: One minor point to note is that I was charged an extra fee for paying with a credit card. While not a major issue, this charge wasn't mentioned beforehand, and it would be helpful to inform guests of this fee during the booking process. Unfortunately, there were some concerns regarding the maintenance of the suite. I encountered a mysterious water leak in the washroom basin, the glass shower door seemed to be coming loose, and there was some moss growing in the walk-in closet. These issues, while not completely ruining my stay, definitely need attentions

Good and comfort place to stay.

Pros: The room is big and comfortable, and another room with one queen bed. Overall it’s nice and clean.

Cons: I don’t like the check-in process and only got one key for 3 pax in a room, the door is hard to unlock. Hope it works as passkey. The host doesn’t provide any check-in details before I arrived and need when I call the property , I need to wait for the call from PIC. I am rushing out of time due to delay….Hope this can be resolved soon.

Ok stay but Platinum 2 much better

Pros: The flat was big and clean. We were on the 47th floor with an amazing view. From the master bedroom you can see the petronas tower if you look in diagonal from the window.

Cons: If you want a beautiful view from the rooftop swimming pool on the petronas tower you really need to go to the Platinum Suites 2, which is the next door newest building (everything is better there). Indeed the new building blocks partly the view from the Platinum 1 (still a nice view though). Otherwise the check in / check out was a bit messy, only 4 elevators were working which isn’t enough for such a big building (long wait to go up and down), there were no hand towel. I would higly recommend to pay the extra for the platinum 2. Though the views are stricking it is a bit of a walk If you want to go out and have a bite in the neigborhood.

Pros: Will definitely recommend to others. Very nice place to stay
