Cons: Was made to switch apartments after the first night. No microwave in apartment.

Pros: The view is fantastic, the apartment is completely worth it!

Cons: They have cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathroom. That really ruins the experience, the staff should pay more attention to that. For a big family they only provide 1 key per apartment, it limits you to come and go for all the members. I would really like them to provide 1 more key.

Wonderful luxury apartment with a fabulous view of the twin towers.

Pros: Great location, stunning view from our room of the twin towers. The room was large, clean and comfortable, exactly as it looks in the photos. The staff were super helpful and efficient. Very happy to leave a glowing review and would/will definitely stay again in the future.

If you’re looking for a property close to Petronas Twin Towers, this is it.

Pros: Huge unit (we rented the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms unit), great view from the unit, access to gym and swimming pool (again with great view, albeit very windy). Very close to Petronas Twin Towers, 5 mins walk approx. The property manager was very responsive when I asked for an extra key and air freshener during the stay.

Cons: The owner/property manager contacted me via WhatsApp before check-in and refused to continue communicating when I requested that all correspondence be conducted through the Booking.com platform. In this day and age, you can’t blame anyone for being cautious—especially as a foreign tourist. When I met them in person to make the payment and collect the keys, they were very nice and appeared trustworthy. I just don’t appreciate being forced to communicate outside of the Booking.com platform.

Accommodation, money worth it

Pros: Centrally located, convenient to where we wanted to travel to

Cons: Stale smell in the kitchen. The curtains definitely need a wash or change. The bathroom and toilet need a thorough clean and exhaust fans need to be put to pull out the smell from the apartment. Also air fresheners put in and around the kitchen
