My stay was pleasant.
Pros: Easy of book and access. Also love the facilities like DIY Laundry, coworking area, and swimming pool. Easy access to NU Sentral. Availability of parking. Availability of unlimited drinking water inside the room.
Cons: I didn't like it that I had to come up with an additional RM200 for booking when I book this room. Therefore, you MUST make sure you have more than enough money when you book this facility. I also didn't like having to wait so long for an elevator going up or down from my room.

Superb Apartment
Pros: Amazing apartment. Small but cosy with an adequate kitchen and even had an ironing board and iron which was great. View was incredible from my window. Gym facilities were very good as well.
Cons: The lifts are extremely slow so you can sometimes wait up to 10 minutes to get one.

Pros: It's really convenient, good location, Tun sambanthan monorail station really close, self laundrymat ( 10 ringgit for washing machine and dryer) the studio in itself is good, it's everything you would ask for a short term stay
Cons: The shower is not really isolated enough from the rest of the bathroom and you end up spraying a bit of water everywhere, other than that my stay was really good.

Great, The best accommodation in 19 days in Singapore & Malaysia.
Pros: Clean, had everything you need. FANTASTIC view of Petronis, Merdeka 118 and KL Tower at night and day. Great pool upstairs open till 10 PM. Central to shops and Sentral station.
Cons: Had trouble getting into unit as you cant use 1 finger to enter. You have to put your whole hand on the entry pad & then it works to show code to get in.

Can recommend the appartment because of the view and money& quality
Pros: Flat is quite small, but you are ready for it because of full information in the description. View is amazing and is definitely worth it. The property is quite good (swimming pool, laundry, sky garden, coworking!). Location is cool. 2 min by foot to monoreil station and 3-4 station to the Bukit Bintang. 7 min to KL Central. I am definitely recommend this place because of this facts
Cons: 1. Kitchen is toooooo small. There isn't enough space even to get a coffee. 2. No towels for kitchen. Guys, if people prefer apartments it means they are ready to have a coffee at least in the morning. You should provide small towel for dishes! 3. There was no replacement of garbage bags. I booked an apartment for a week. It is impossible to save the garbage the whole week in one packet. 4. Provided instructions weren't correct (wi-fi has different password in co-working as well as water dispense instructions). If you change it, change the instructions. 5. Staff is not soo friendly, just remember you are in commercial Malaysia. 6. You should pay to leave your luggage for some time after check-out

Pros: The view from the 40th floor was amazing! The Apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. However a bit small for two with luggage. It's an easy one stop trip from NU Central mall on the monorail or walking if you travel with light luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful with a sweater we left in room after checkout.
Cons: Two days prior to arrival we received a whatsapp message with a generic demand note to pay for our stay + deposit. We then had to make the payment via a whatsapp link to a merchant GHL*Five Senses by credit card. Payment by bank transfer not possible as no (BIC) / SWIFT code available and payment in cash or by credit card at the premises neither. We felt really uncomfortable with the procedure.
