Grand Service Apartment @ Times Square

I enjoy my stay

Pros: The atmosphere. The Mall. Personnel was very good

Cons: There was no assistance to carry luggages upstairs and downstairs . I have to deal with it lonely. My wife has to look after my daughter who is on wheelchair.

Pros: I love all the facilities. Mr Ahmed doing great job when the door lock at 3am in the morning. Tq so much for helping me.

Cons: None

Pros: Excellent location, and a nice room with a very nice view. and daily housekeeping with enough supplies of bottled water and friendly housekeeping Shahidul and Mr. Ahmed are nice person Thank you so much, Ahmad🥰🥰

Cons: I like the housekeeping service. thank you very much for the staff which clean our room every day. the host was also friendly and treated us well. the property location is good, see u next time. thanks

Pros: Amazing location just above the Times Square mall with slot of café, restaurants, and shopping areas Walking distance to Bukit Bintang Staff was really helpful although I checked in very late almost after midnight and they were there helping me with everything Rapid response to any request ..special thx to Mr Ahmed It needed an access key for the elevator and we had only one we were 3 adults so this was a little bit challenging it's better if there were more than one access and the unit keys had w numeric password lock rather than a magnet key

Amazing view

Pros: Very spacious apartment. Very good location. Spectacular view.

Cons: Bathroom door lock malfunction. Bathroom basin taps too close for washing hands.

Pros: Nice apartment but need some maintenance expecially in the bathroom

Cons: I gave 200 myr as safe deposit They return only 100

Room with a view

Pros: Fantastic views, large room, huge bathroom, cracking swimming pool. Stunning views. Would book here again in a heart beat.

Pros: We are a premier guest at Berjaya Hotel since last 25 years.On this particular dates 21-24 January 2025 ,we also checked in at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.Since our last minute request for additional room at BTS Hotel not available, we have decided to book a unit at BTS Resident. The room was very clean & hygenic with all facilities were in order.The Host Mr Ahmed was very responsive & responsible person in attended to our request.Mr Ahmed's assistance \

Pros: The location was perfect. The pool was excellent. The room wasn’t quite as good as the hotel tower but it wasn’t too bad. The shopping centre between the towers was sensational. Spent a lot of time there. The service guys were great.

Cons: The apartment was showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance

Pros: The size of the room, location is perfect and convenient.

Cons: Bed buds, stain linens.
