Pros: The suite that i booked was clean, comfortable & spacious.

Cons: The bed is too hard & the location is abit busy.

Enjoyed my Stay

Pros: Nice Location. Apartment is spacious and really nice view on the twin towers. Beds were comfy. And value for money was good. The swimming pool and gym are free access for residents unlike other towers in KL. I stayed twice in Nov and Dec and they gladly stored my luggage free of charge between the two stays. Baby crib is offered free of charge.

Cons: No response on booking messages at all and they don't have a reception to call or WhatsApp. Anything you need, you have to go down 45 floors and go to the other building just to inform the staff of your needs. I hope they can arrange easier communication for residents. Also on my arrival day at the second stay, I had a lot of luggage but they didn't have anyone late at night to carry my luggage. Had to carry 6 pieces of luggage all alone and when I requested the trolley they asked me to return it back. It wasn't a pleasant experience after a long trip and arriving tired. No face towels provided. Baby crib was dusty from storage. At least was supposed to be cleaned beforehand since a baby will use it. Had to clean it ourselves. Overall experience was good and will definitely come again.

Pleasant stay!

Pros: Walking distance to Pavilion & KLCC and nice layout of the apartment. Nice city view from the room and lots of eateries around and there is also a Bila Bila mart at grd flr. There is also swimming pool, gym, karaoke at level 10 but we didnt get to use it. Requested for an iron and they were quick to send it to the room. Parking was convenient and accessible through RFID given by reception. Overall it is was a very pleasant stay.

Cons: Sometimes takes a longer time at the lift area as there are many guests checked in.

Good

Pros: Nice apartments, good furniture. Decent location walkable to Pavilion mall and TRX. Reception staff were very good.

Cons: Booking.com mentioned complementory late check out but property manager denied. Building entrance, creepy corridors, outside men hanging outside lobby entrance. Pain to get a lift and use the touch panels. Housekeeping needs attention

Pros: Great pool and location. Could walk to the Pavillion in 15 mins. Room clean and tidy.

Great place with amenties and great views and easy access to bukit bintang. Would recommend it!

Pros: The city view from the 52nd floor was amazing. i wish I had gotten view of the twin tower and bukit bintang though. it would have made it a 10/10.

Cons: the mattresses were abit worn out and the cleaning team wasn't very thorough. it could have been better.

Pros: The location is amazing. It's near the center and has everything around

Cons: When we came, all electronic devices were on, including the iron. We found that really dangerous. But everything is good, organized and clean

Pros: The unit is well equipped and well furnished. Location is near TRX and Pavilion.

Cons: If you drive, then the check in process is tedious because there's not alot of parking lots in front of the check in counter. Also the carpark entrance is on a different street so after you check in and get a RFID tag, you will need to drive your car over by making a u turn on Jalan Bukit Bintang and turn into Jalan Delima. Not a big issue, just need to give better instructions upfront. Check out time is a nightmare as everyone check out at the same time and the lifts stop at almost every floor. Making things worse is the lift does not have aircon and is hot and stuffy so it felt like sauna. I stayed on the 45th floor and it took close to 10 minutes to get to the car park on the 2nd floor and on the way down, can see many residents /guest fuming as they must have waited for a long time to get into the lift but couldn't. If they can solve this issue, it would be perfect. Not sure why but there was alot of live music coming from somewhere

Pros: Prime location, great convenience. H to ere is a 24/7 convenience store in the premises. Also a bistro restaurant just opposite; so pretty much all covered

Cons: If they could clean the room a little early in the day, it would be nicer. They did room cleaning only by 5 pm, when we were back in our room

Worth the price to stay

Pros: The location very close to TRX, Pavillion & Bukit Bintang area only 3minutes drive and 10minutes walk. Very easy to access MEX highway to go to KLIA. My daughter loves the gym & swimming pool. Most of the equipment in the gym are brand new. The view of TRX is so amazing. Surely will come back here again.

Cons: The long wait to go up to our apartment. The walkway quite noisy. The entrance to the parking lot very confusing.
