Pros: We arrived KL late evening and Mr Rana is already waiting for us to help with the check in. We are allocated a room on level 43 with awesome view. The room is well maintained and clean. We have house keeping and changing of clean towel daily for our 3 night stay. Overall super happy and comfortable stay. Thank you Mr Rana :)

Pros: Very convenient with Berjaya Times Square shopping centre just underneath. Easy to get food , shopping , cinema , grocery . Apartment comes with towel, hair dryer, mineral water, tissue, toothbrush and toothpaste , Mr Robinson, the agent , was very good and responsive. And as my chosen room was not ready at check in, he gave me a complimentary upgrade with a great view. Room #43-01 meant for 3 pax.Thank you!

Cons: A little bit of leak in the sink resulting in floor being wet.

Pros: A very easy place to save money if you want to go anywhere because it's close to the monorail.

Cons: Parking space. If the hotel can give discounted prices to guests, that would be great.

Pros: Location was perfect. View from windows was spectacular. Very friendly staff to welcome us in and show us to our room.

Cons: Possibly the lack of English speaking channels on TV. And no English subtitles with deaf husband made it very difficult.

Pros: The stay was satisfied and the view of the twin tower was amazing. Able to enjoy the facilities like a micro oven fridge. I wish I would have stayed another day to enjoy.

Cons: The room key is only 1 set given to us so all of us have to wait/meet for each to use the lift back to the room.
