Pros: I'd give this place 11/10 - the apartment, location and staff are great. Everything is really good except for the sauna, which has been under maintenance for what seems like forever, yet it's still advertised in the listing. If it's beyond your control to fix it, please at least remove it from the description. The sauna was the main reason I booked this place.

Cons: Additionally, 2 out of the 3 running treadmills are out of order

Pros: The apartment was nice, comfortable,spacious and new. It also comprises a lot of amenities such as a refrigerator, washing machine with dryer, induction oven and tv. However it lacks an iron board and the presence of one in the room would be much appreciated.

Cons: Towels were not provided on a daily basis and cleaning of the room was done after 2 days,at times even after 3 days. I had to contact room service on 3 occasions to ask for cleaning.

Great stay gonna repeat!

Pros: Big apartment with separate room. Basic amenities. Drinking water, hand washing, utensils. Easy to commute even last mins booking. Location is top notch! 7mins walk to famous Bukit Bintang walk.

Cons: Most of electrical appliances using roll 2 pin, with slightly weird with standard Malaysia 3 pin. Got slightly smell in bathrooms. The floor slightly stained. But doesn’t impact the stay.

Pros: Nice and clean apartment, very spacious. Lovely view! Location is great. Sunset from the roof top is amazing

Cons: Nothing wrong with the apartment but the elevators… they are always full, waiting time is crazy sometimes. I had to walk down 35 floors once.

Pros: Good and convenient location. Easy access to major shopping malls and also the LRT (Imbi Station) & MRT (Bkt Bintang Station). Plenty of food options around the area.

Cons: Can hear walking along the main corridor or locking of adjacent room's door. Was quite distinct. We stayed three nights, room was not serviced and no replenishment of bottled water. Not advisable if staying beyond two nights.

The stay was lovely, the venue was great

Pros: The location was great, very central to many popular places very easy to walk around, I felt safe in this area at anytime of the day and night, The hotel has lovely facilities and the staff was good.

Cons: There was no refill of new towels and toilet paper when needed

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: It was beyong good as what I expected. The feel of home away from home. Everything is accessable from main tourist area. Shopping mall, foods and massage area is amazing. Definitely will come back again and bring my family and friends.
