Pros: Good communication - owner took inquiries and comments seriously and addressed all queries promptly. Unit was clean. Thank you for adding an electric kettle, essential for making morning coffee.

Cons: Nothing much to dislike. Adequate for a short stay.

Pros: Near to HKL and public transport. Also near to everything in KL

Cons: It doesn’t have a grill. Might have a security issue

Pros: Clean, bright place with ample space in apartment. Good for a short stay for small group. Convenient with a restaurant and 24 hour mini market downstairs. Basic facilities work well. Good value for money.

Cons: A small pot and electric kettle would have been helpful to make a cup of coffee or late night snack. Other than that, all good.

Pros: We stayed here in July 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big, and there’s a washing machine with laundry detergent provided. ​What I liked most was the convenient location. The LRT Titiwangsa station is right in front of the building, and the bus station (which I used to go to Genting Highlands) is right next to it. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a night market behind the building. ​The swimming pool is about 120 cm or 130 cm deep (I can’t quite remember), and there’s also a small pool for children, with a playground nearby. The view from the main pool is fantastic, you can even see the Petronas Twin Towers. You can actually reach the towers on foot, which is about a 2 km walk. ​Communication with the staff was clear and easy via WhatsApp. ​Highly recommended.

Pros: The house is clean and simple. It has study table, extra futon. Located at higher floor. Dont hv to wait long for lift. Check in and check out process is easy. Close to MRT,LRT station

Cons: 1.3 bedroom house. Its dual key unit. One of the bedroom is outside of the house. I wont consider it as 3 bedroom. It does not even has gril door to safely said its part of the house. 2. Got washing machine but no place to hang. 3. Shower water a bit slow. Suggest to install water heater with pump function. 4. Suggest to provide mug for hot water drinks. Its only has glass, small and not suitable for hot water used.
