Very comfortable stay value for money

Pros: Location was great Next to the subway Rooftop Pool Twin tower views

Pros: Good location, Easy access to KLCC Comfy room (two large bedrooms, big living area, kitchen with some tools, full cutlery and pans. Nice pool area with good sauna

Cons: The checkin process is difficult. They give you two room keys, but only one that can access the elevator. (This was for 6 people)

Good place to stay

Pros: Good apartment, good facilities, good location, nice pool upstairs

Cons: Check-in was a bit slow, the neighborhood is still under development, so it is a bit dirty nearby, but I think it will be improved in a few years.

Pros: Clean, roomy and modern apartment with all facilities available for a short stay.

Pros: Rooms are great and clean, air condition very good, Staff were friendly and responsive whenever requested. The security guard was helpful and went beyond expectations by offering change for the taxi, as I only had a high-value note.

Pros: The size of the appartment (perfect for two persons: large principal room + bedroom + balcony with ideal view on Petronas and other towers). You have a laundry room also at the bottom of the residence. The swimming pool at the roof top of the residence was large and not crowded. Good quality/price

Cons: The wifi was not stable and canceled on several moments. The place to find restaurants and shopping is around 15 minutes by foot.

A well-located and comfortable stay.

Pros: Excellent location, just a short walk from the Petronas Towers. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy despite our 4 a.m. arrival. The beds were very comfortable. Downstairs there is a bistro bar where very good breakfast is served.

Cons: The apartment is quite limited in terms of kitchen equipment, which makes it difficult to prepare even a simple breakfast or coffee. Although there is a coffee machine, it didn’t appear to have been used before. Only two large towels were provided, and they were not changed during our four-night stay. We stayed on the 20th floor, but unfortunately there was no view of the Petronas Towers from the balcony.

Amazing apartment for a family - great value for money

Pros: After spending a month in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong this apartment was by far the best as well as being the cheapest. The apartment was unexpectedly spacious and great for 2 adults and 2 teens. We loved having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. We loved the location - nice and clean, modern area with beautiful gardens (although dinner options were not as close as we'd have liked). Infinity roof top pool was also great at the end of a hot day. Super close to a subway station.

Cons: We had access to a washing machine in the foyer but would've been great to have one in the apartment - plenty of room for one. A little inconvenience - free washing machines in the foyer was also appreciated.

Lovely stay in the heart of Kl

Pros: Good location near the Twin towers. Clean, modern and a cafe onsite and laundry which is essential for travellers. It has a lovely pool as well.
