Quill Residence by Infinity pool

Pros: Breathtaking view ovwr the city from the bedroom, huge apartment with living room

Pros: The place is strategically located. It was easy to check in & check out. Sound proofing was good. The house was airy with a high ceiling.

Cons: I was supposed to be provided a 2 double beds but was only given a queen bed & a single bed instead... Host did not fulfill the initial booking although the beds were very comfortable nonetheless.

Lived up to my expectations

Pros: The room was handed over in a clean state. The beds are comfortable. The one we booked had all basic amenities like washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron board, iron and hair dryer. The location is best with a mall connected to it and having a train station accessible by just using a lift was such a game changer.

I hope for improvement so I can come back

Pros: Let me start by saying that the apartment is absolutely beautiful. The location is fantastic — right next to the mall and the monorail, which makes getting around incredibly easy. The manager, Ahmidi (or something similar), is extremely friendly, very helpful, and always responds quickly. A truly great experience overall! The room(s) with two beds. Apartment 16-16 was a corner apartment with a fantastic view. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning and fans worked well. Large bathroom with a good shower. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, sofa, dining table, stovetop, and a large refrigerator. Everything was well arranged. The Wi-Fi was also excellent.

Cons: Areas for improvement: Unfortunately, the hygiene could be improved. The apartment did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, as there were stains on the floors, walls, and doors. There was also a small cigarette burn in the bedding. In the wet area, there is a second toilet that would benefit from more thorough cleaning. In addition, several basic items were missing: There was no bathroom mat, no kitchen towels, only one roll of toilet paper, limited cutlery, and the cookware could use replacement. The main concern, however, was an occasional odor coming from the wet area, particularly when the ventilation system was switched on. This was quite unpleasant. Finally, there are two issues I would like to mention. The first is that payment had to be made in cash in Malaysian currency, which came as a bit of a surprise, as I had planned to pay by card. The second issue is that there appears to be a serious problem with the plumbing. Whenever a tap is turned on, there is very loud banging coming from the walls. I did get used to it over time, but the first time it happened it was quite alarming. This apartment is truly beautiful, and I sincerely hope the issues will be resolved, as I would love to stay here again. I have discussed my feedback with the manager, and he has promised to work on it.
