Pros: I was lucky to found this cozy apartment to stay in and i will chose it again because of owner hospitality plus the location its behind Lot 10 center in Arab street near all arab restaurants.

Really good value

Pros: My stay here was quite luxurious, being on a higher floor gave sweeping views over the city skyline, the unit had large windows that let in beautiful daylight, interiors were clean and contemporary, and shared facilities like sky garden, sky bridge, viewing deck, gym etc are delightful. The location is unmatched for being able to reach food, shopping, nightlife without long travel.

Cons: Exiting the basement car park during peak hours can have some delay due to traffic congestion, especially near the exit gate turnstiles or ramp.

Centrally located

Pros: Overall it was a lovely place to stay. Clean unit, nicely furnished, amenities on joint levels well maintained, rooftop/sky gardens are peaceful, gym works well, pool is well kept, gardeners take care of green spaces. The property is extremely central: walking distance to many of KL’s major landmarks, within a few minutes to Pavilion, to Bintang Walk, Lot 10, many food courts, cafés, and good transport links.

Cons: nothing to complaint
