Love it. The view from the pool is awesome.

Pros: The property is clean, great and spacious. Quick response as well.

Cons: The lift to the property takes forever to reach during peak hours. Almost half an hour waiting time.

Pros: Very Good view from Swimming pool. Especially Suraiya KLCC tower view is beautiful & amazing at night. Also very near to Bukit Bintang & pavilion.

Pros: Huge room with everything you need. Pool is shared with entire building and can be very crowded, so crowded that water is a bit cloudy. Best time to go there is early in the morning. Location is good, very close to metro and Petronas towers

Amplio y con vistas espectaculares, pero gestión mejorable

Pros: Apartamento muy grande y espacioso, con muchos metros cuadrados y cómodo para varios días. Las vistas tanto desde el apartamento como desde la piscina son espectaculares. La piscina es impresionante y las instalaciones del edificio en general son de muy buen nivel. También se agradece que haya una pequeña tienda dentro del complejo y seguridad 24h. El sistema de checkout sin contacto mediante taquillas resulta práctico y ágil.

Cons: Solo proporcionan una toalla grande por persona, sin toallas de lavabo ni de tocador, por lo que todo debe hacerse con la misma toalla. En horas punta (especialmente al atardecer) la piscina se llena mucho y resulta difícil encontrar espacio libre. Solicitan depósito en efectivo en moneda local. La recepción no ofrece ayuda y la gestión fue poco resolutiva; nos propusieron dejar las maletas sin vigilancia hasta que el apartamento estuviera listo, algo que no nos pareció adecuado. Los ascensores se colapsan en determinadas horas y pueden tardar bastante. La ubicación obliga a utilizar Grab para prácticamente todo, ya que no hay demasiada oferta a pie, aunque el transporte es económico.

очень понравилось мне и моей семье, впечатления отличные, превзошел ожидания!!!

Pros: Понравилось, что организаторы были за день до приезда и до последнего дня были на связи. Комфорт в номере, обслуживание персонала, все чисто, постели белые. В номере все было для первой необходимости, шумоизоляция.

Cons: Лифт долго ждешь

Pros: Супер чисто, отличная локация, хорошая шумо изоляция, есть стиральная машина, утюг, как квартира со всеми удобствами. Чувствовала себя как дома✨

Cons: Хост мог бы поработать над навыками коммуникации. Мне при выходе мужчина сотрудник отеля у двери сказал оставить ключи в почтовом ящике. На что хост ответил «Я не просил вас туда оставлять, ладно ладно можете идти» И все это с недовольным лицом. Я не плачу за номер, чтобы мне делали кислую рожу. Человек в сфере обслуживания должен знать эти базовые вещи. Раз я вежлива, жду вежливости в ответ. Это единственная неприятная ситуация, в целом, остальное все было прекрасно.
