Royce Residence KLCC Kuala Lumpur by Collective Haus

Pros: We stayed in an apartment with balcony and with twin towers view, it was amazing. The apartment is big, well furnished and clean. The position is pretty good and near different metro stops, so it was easy to reach different parts of the city.

Cons: We asked for our room not to be cleaned but they came anyways for all the days we stayed. Nothing bad happened but it should be noted. And unfortunately the swimming pool on the rooftop was under maintenance so we couldn’t use it, it would have been better if we knew it before booking.

Pros: Good hospitality. The room was clean and the view was great too. Near to KLCC tower. All staff was friendly and helpful there. Till we meet again 🌟

Good value for money

Pros: Great location, comfortable bed, nice to have a washer dryer.

Cons: The cleaners came at 6pm each day when we were getting ready to go out, therefore the room was cleaned - we just asked for clean tower etc

Kids loved it

Pros: Spacious, clean and high standard. Amazing views, from the pool but also from the rooms. Comfy beds. Best location! Kids superhappy with the pool and amenities.

Pros: The rooftop pool and gym were amazing, we could see the Petronas Towers and eagles flying around. The apartment was really clean and spacious and close to the centre.

Cons: The lift was an absolute nightmare and pain to work, it took me 30 minutes one day to go to the bottom floor and back. The kitchen was quite badly stocked if you did want to cook your own meal it was extremely basic.

Overall a good stay, large and clean apartment and very central. Beautiful pool with Petronas Towers view.

Pros: Very good location, central and easy to walk around, close to the train station.

Cons: Very loud at night, not a good soundproof and we were on the 26th floor. You’ll need earplugs if light sleeper.

Great location and good value for money.

Pros: We stayed at Royce Residences during our 4 day family trip to KL. The check-in process is easy and well-managed. Property location is ideal and walkable to most amenities. There is a 24/7 convenience store with ATM right across the road. Housekeeping can be called as per flexible schedule. Kids really enjoyed the pool during our stay.

Cons: There are no powerpoints in washrooms which is not ideal to use shavers or hair dryers etc. Also, no room services, which is a watchout.

Superb

Pros: Everything was good, staff were quick and efficient throughout the check in and check out process, the property was perfect for a staycation.

Cons: Water heating wasn’t really working sometimes

The staff is friendly and customer service was nice. They will do room service every day of your stay and change the tow

Pros: The scenery was nice and very cosy apartment. Easy to travel any where and very clean.

Cons: All good, perfect spot.
