Pros: It is spacious and comfortable to stay with 6 pax. Facilities also were provided and I would really recommend it if you wanted to stay with your family here compared to normal hotel.

Pros: Located at the center of KL City.Easy access to the Shopping malls and top attractions. Quiet place to stay in. Nice night view

Pros: The owner was fast in responding. Apartment was very clean. There were supermarket, shops, cafe in the same area.

Cons: It was a bit confusing the way the lift and the common door operates.

Comfort and convenience of a home away from home

Pros: There was clear communication given in a timely manner. Questions were replied quickly via Whatsapp. The self check-in instructions were clear and we got the keys to the apartment easily. We could get to the Mall from level 7 using a bubble lift. The TV has access to internet and Netflix. Our unit is well maintained and well stocked. There were adequate kitchen utensils, with microwave oven, convection oven, stove tops, kettle, big fridge, bowls, plates, dish cloth, table cloth, toilet paper, etc. Mattress is firm which I like. Apartment is clean. At the 18th floor, traffic noise can be heard especially after midnight when all is quiet. Therefore, for light sleepers, use ear plugs. As the unit is situated within a functioning residential complex, security is tight. We were given 2 sets of card keys which need to be used for the lift, getting in and out of the complex, going to the gym, etc.

Pros: 1) Prompt follow up before check-in. 2) Security is tight, with lots of card tapping, from the car park all the way to the unit. Clear instructions are given with recorded videos, it helps. 3) The unit is equipped with the necessities for a short stay.
