Ideal if there is no odors from the sewage system

Pros: Location is good: easy walking to Masjid Jamek MRT, to Indian restaurant Chayas, to Chinatown and Jalan Alor, and the tourist spots. Capacity of ten people: good for groups Facilities of the building: gym and pool at Floor 10, convenient store at Reception

Cons: Odors from the sewage system: this is not because of the flat itself but of the whole building system. Hint: the balcony door should stay opened whenever you are out.

Pros: Location is 1.2km far from the Pavilion (Chulan Entrance), in the apartment area with good safety. Staffs are good. Big size apartment

Nice place for a family to stay

Pros: Apartment was nice and cool with everything we needed. The pool area is awesome and a great place to chill out.

Cons: Beds were like cement.
