Pros: The view is breathtaking and you get access to gym and pool facilities. There’s a sauna + squash court

Cons: The bathroom was a little bit dirty. I think it might need to be renovated.

Pros: The location, the environment, the excellent view facing KLCC. The housekeeper was the best. We didnt expect them to make up the room, so we had few phones and 2 gold ring left at the unit and when we returned it was not moved an inch. Hats off for thier honesty

Cons: When checked in, the place had very bad cigarette smell but the person in charge was very generous and helpfull whereby went the extra mile to supply with air fresheners. After spraying it was back to normal. The other minor issue was the queen bed, you could feel the spring hitting your back directly so had to put on few clothes under to feel better.

Good for Overnight Stay for Family With Kids

Pros: 3 Top Things I Like : 1) Location was fantastic within the same Berjaya Times Square compound. Berjaya Hotel located in West Wing, this Serviced Suite was located in East Wing. 2) The 2 bathrooms sized comfortably for a family of 5pax. Master bedroom has 1bath tub in ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom didn't have a bath tub unfortunately. Water pressure from our unit on 22nd Floor was really strong & warmed up quite fast. 3) The aircond was cold & fast enough to make the room felt cool throughout the night.

Cons: 3 Top Things I Dislike: 1) The carpet was musty and highly recommended for a replacement very soon. I would suggest putting a scented gel inside the whole unit to overcome the musty carpet smell. 2) The dining table was prepared for 3pax only whereas we booked the unit & paid for 5pax 3) The LCD TV was very antique quality, only have basic channels and no cartoon channels like Disney or Nickelodeon to keep your children entertained, so highly recommended to install Android TV or TVBox.

Pros: Farouk is a nice & understand guy . Help with all ur needs. Nice agent with soft spoken. Room was fantastic at 20th floor with big window facing the whole of KL. Better then my Marriott stay . Food is easy and best no ghost in room only in 7th floor amusement centre. 😜😄😅

Cons: Need more towels cos we stayed 4 adult. Room enough for 6.
