Pros: Recently i stay The Platinum KLCC By Elegant Suites with my family, very big apartment and super clean with nice city view apartment . We enjoy the pool with view city+twin tower. We come for check in late but the staff wait for us late night and made smooth check in we appreciate for him . 🫡

Pros: Smooth check in and check out handled by Tirtha. Just a call away whenever we requests for things ironboard, towels etc. Me and my family had a great and comfortable stay only 1 Days and its truly our money's worth. Would come again!

3 nuits à kuala suite 2 chambres.

Pros: La suite spacieuse et tres agréable et bien décorée et la vue sur la ville sublime. Belle salle de bain avec douche à l italienne et baignoire. Tres belle espace piscine avec vue .Salle de gym et rooftop agréables Tres bel établissement. Bonne localisation pour visiter kuala.A quelques minutes de taxi des principales attractions de la ville.

Cons: Les matelas étaient tres inconfortables .Des creus et des bosses pour la suite parentale et tres dur pour la chambre numéro 2... dommage car c est le seul bémol de la suite. Je n ai pas non plus apprécié le fait que la veille de notre arrivée on nous dise que l appareil de CB ne marchait pas et qu il fallait payer en cash. Finalement en insistant lourdement ils ont dit avoir réparé l appareil.... mais du coup à l arrivée on a dû payer un sur cout pour la CB alors que ce n était pas prévu .La personne qui nous a reçu etait à peine aimable.Le strict nécessaire....
