Pros: Very helpful and Easy check in. The room was ok. This is my third time staying in Arte it does not disappoint me. Just tiny minor things need maintenance. The rest was good.

Cons: There some cockroaches in the room. The dining table (not stable)and chair needs to be repaired or replaced.

Pros: Modern facilities and a comfortable and clean house, there are various equipments that have been provided, it makes it easy for our family to take care of ourselves.

Cons: The location of the building is far from the food court, the building structure is quite messy and the parking lot is quite narrow.

Pros: The house is very spacious with the nice view. Got private lift, nice area in the buildings. Easy checked in and checkout process. Host prepared few extra matresses. The aircond is cold tooo!

Cons: I didnt like the area around the buildings cause its very narrow and crowded. Need to change lift and waited for the lift for quite long time. Small dustbin only 😅 very simple interior, maybe can change to something a bit aesthetic with few more decorations. The toilet door cannot lock from inside.

Pros: Rumah selesa, besar dan bersih..amat selesa untuk keluarga besar..sangat privasi..sbb buka shj je pintu lif..hanya 1 unit sahaja yg ada..agent amat senang berurusan..anak2 suka smpai saya tambah satu mlm lg dan mintak agent unit yg sama.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
