Pros: The room was an ample size, with a comfy bed. Generally clean. Close to a street full Thai street food.Pool looked beautiful. Make good use of the facilities. Friendly staff.

Cons: Floor could do with a good wash. Roadworks outside on the first night but weren't intrusive to our stay.

Kuala Lumpur

Pros: It was a very good location. 15 min walking to multiple areas. I also really liked the room. Very spacious with a beautiful view. As multiple people have mentioned sometimes you have to wait a bit longer for the elevator, but overall it wasn't too bad and the staff was very nice and helpfull.

Cons: Not the hotel's fault, but someone had placed durian in my minibar. So when I opened the fridge the whole place smelled, so I didn't use it during my entire stay. They mention not cleaning the room, which I'm completely fine with, but it would be nice if they can empty the trash every other day. Oh and don't order food at the hotel. One day I was really tired and thought I would order from there, but it wasn't anything like the pictures.

Pros: The staff fixed our stay, when it comes to the room. Hotel had many good things like ATM, shop, cafeteria and different spots to hanging around.

Cons: Original room smelled for cigarrette, and the second one was in horrible condition, wallpapers, dirty etc.

Pros: Everything works as expected. Smooth customer service. You can pay the deposit in another currency. Fast USB-A charging and universal socket. Clean, quiet, more than enough room for two. Good location with short distances to different attractions.

Pros: 위치가 차이나 타운 센트럴 마켓 전철역 걸어갈 수 있는 위치에 있어요. 룸에서 쌍둘이 빌딩이랑 쿠알라룸푸르 타워가 보여서 좋았어요. 37층에 인피니티풀도 있어서 이곳에서 보이는 트윈타워랑 쿠알라룸푸르 타워가 룸에서보다 더 멋지게 보입니다. 37층에 바도 있어서 시원한 맥주한 잔도 좋아요. 체크인 할 때 보증금 100 있습니다. 미리 준비가 안되어 난감했고, 호텔로비 앞에 ATM기 있어 유용합니다. 한국 사람들보다 유러피언들이 주를 이루고 있는 느낌이었습니다. 전망도 좋고 센터랑 인접성도 좋습니다.

Cons: 관광안내 지도나 메트로 노선지도 준비해주면 좋겠다 싶었습니다. 호텔앞 버스 정류장 2분 거리에 있지만 정류장에 아무런 알림이 없어 여기가 맞는가? 하는 의문이 드는 곳이었습니다. 3박 4일동안 청소는 안해주더라구요. 수건이나 물이라도 보충해주면 좋겠다 싶어요
