Pros: Good value for money,strategic location in the centre of KL..

Cons: the only downside was we were given a level that having renovations work for the whole level

Excellent & Convienent

Pros: Location of the property is excellent and very convenient

Cons: The lift services is very troublesome and very slow which creates long queue when people wants to go up into their rooms

Pros: The house - linen, area, rooms and toilet are all clean. Rooms were the same as advertised.

Cons: There were renovations going on at our level and works can be heard during the day. Would be nice if we were informed. Other than that everything was great

Great holiday stay, but need a minor improvement..

Pros: The place was newly renovated and clean. It has everything that we need for the stay. Aircon and siling fans are also available which is quite convenient. The place was also close to shopping centers. Other than that, the host also provide guides to other place nearby. Worth the stay and will be staying here again in future.

Cons: The delayed lift was one of the issue as the accommodation area was quite large and has a lot of people stayed during holiday season. To access the place, we do need to have two time the lift ride but thats how the place was design. One thing that need to be improve was the towel size. Other than that, a minor repair on one of the toilet lock.

Pros: Unit apartment is clean, basic appliances was installed, and central location in Bukit Bintang area

Cons: Key information send to us at 5pm, need 25-30 minutes waiting staff to save our luggages before check in time and after check out including to take it back
