One-Night Stay Review

Pros: The room is good and clean! My friends and I managed to have a really great time there watching Netflix.

Cons: It took us some time to get the keys, as the person in charge was not replying to my messages or calls on WhatsApp. The person at the residence had to wait before giving me the key.

Pros: View so nice. This is my second time experience. Inside so clean. Its worthy. And one more thing when i arrived time there welcome so friendly. No long waiting. specially the person name is deen he so friendly and welcome smiley face 😊 Thank u so much i come again next month also.

Short but sweet staycation

Pros: Location, kids friendly, swimming pool, sky view( stay ay 65th floor)

Cons: A bit confused during check-in but matter resolved appropriately

Perfect and very affordable room to book for a short staycation in KL.

Pros: Its so affordable, with a great location for travellers in KL. It is so near to KLCC, which was my main destination for this trip. The pool is also amazing (three to choose from! One of them an excellent kid’s pool). It’s a little studio apartment perfect for a short stay. Very attentive service staff on location (thank you Deen for always responding very quickly for queries. He sent a technician right away when i had issues with the wifi) I loved how the kitchenette had suitable crockery and utensils for cooking- also equipped with a microwave and small fridge.

Cons: There was a slight sewage smell from the bathroom somehow, and oddly the same smell was at the common entrance area of the unit (after the main door, before our own choice of bedroom (studio or family room). I had to spray my own perfume to mask it. I also did not appreciate staff handling the Whatsapp line not being able to confirm my early check in and late check out request when i inquired 4 days before my arrival. I had to repeat these requests several times, up to my actual arrival date, until i finally got confirmation. Future guests should be aware that the unit is a dual-key unit. One main entrance and it splits to two separate rooms: a studio room and a family room with a balcony, both with individual locks. My unit was the studio room. i had no issues with sound until the family that rented the room adjacent to mine entered, and they were LOUUUD when they left their room door open. Not fun to wake up to “Abah! Abah! Abah! Nak pergi pool!” When its 8am in the morning. So…Management should remind guests to keep volume down and doors closed when they check in.

Pros: Overall my stay was too good. Facilities and the environment are the best.

Pros: I just arrived near midnight , so not much to describe . Overall good and convenient for a small family members . A lot of shops operated nearby .

Pros: Stay was good...good for kids Parking was easy. Food limited only.

Pros: The kids loved the swimming pool.. it’s end to end at level 8.
