Nice and clean with a beautiful view from the window

Pros: Room was clean and all services were on point , we had a very good stay and no problems at all! room was spacious and swimming pool amazing

Cons: The air conditioning in the hall is too cold , quite a shock for the body when you come from outiside, we stayed 3 nights but only 2 coffee were available,

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We required an early check-in and late check-out - the team did an amazing job in fulfilling our requests on our stay - many thansk again.

My Experience Staying Here

Pros: - the toilet bidet, shower, and any other equipment are very functionable - the room is containing of two air-cond and two ceiling fan - the kitchen part also really helpful especially for those who loves to cook by your own self - the room have shoes rack with door - the view very beautiful - the washing machine that combo with dryer also helpful - the other facility like pool and others very fun

Cons: - please put qibla direction on your ceiling or on the floor so it will be muslim friendly

Pros: Getting the keys was very easy at the reception desk. There is also a nice coffee shop in the lobby where we bought coffee every morning. The location is very convenient — Petronas Towers and several shopping malls are within a 15-minute relaxed walk with a stroller. The Wi-Fi was very fast and worked well throughout our stay. The swimming pool was quite cold, so we decided not to use it. There is a very good gym available. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking.

Cons: At night it was quite noisy due to motorcycles, and our child (2.5 years old) woke up several times, so we had to put him back to sleep. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling with small children. We used earplugs, which worked well for us.

Pros: Great location, within walking distance from the center. Staff really helpful. Infinity pool was great.

Cons: Wasn’t the cleanest place and things were not new.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, fully equipped, easy to find food and I'm happy to stay here.

Cons: The problem here is that the elevators take a long time to wait; attention needs to be paid so that tourists can easily get on and off if there is anything wrong.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: We stayed in two different suites as we travelled to Thailand and came back to KLCC prior to going back home. Both suites were amazing. Both very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities that were needed. Our first suite was on floor 43 and the views were amazing. The second suite was on floor 26, and still an amazing view. The rooftop pool was amazing too, and the views across the city were stunning. The little shop on the ground floor was also very handy for any food, snacks, drinks etc. The reception area is very clean and the staff really helpful. The location is perfect, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and you are only a 10 minute walk to the Petronas towers, which is well worth a visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone as its value for money, clean and comfortable and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again
