Cons: All was good. Just a few small maintenance needs. Slightly away from centre but grab dealt with that

Great place to stay for short getaway

Pros: The place is well decorated, all rooms are air conditioned and well lit. TV is smart TV, well equipped with Netflix, YouTube and the popular streaming services. The decorations with the building are eclectic yet beautiful, although they start to show signs of aging.

Cons: The Mosaic Pool is under maintenance and expected to be completed by end of September. A bit of bummer as I was expecting to do a bit of swimming. There are only 4 elevators for each tower, bringing people up from Ground floor to every floors, so it can take a while to wait for it if there's a lot of people moving between floors. As I booked during a particularly long weekend (2 days of Public holiday in conjunction of Malaysia Day), there were a lot of other travellers rented units from Arte and other hotels, so the elevators were quite slow.

Well worth your time to check out this apartment.

Pros: A very nice apartment in Mont Kiara with a view to the royal palace.

Cons: All was good except for the smell coming out from the toilet drainage. I guess it's the building problem. The bathroom door is slowly rotting due to water splash from shower.

Pros: Perfect location near at hand to KLCC. Amazing swimming pool and many more beautiful sites on the same building. Wonderful management for the room and facilities in the building.
