Amazing!!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Lucentia Residence. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym, were amazing and added great value to the stay.

Pros: Great location and view, super clean. Host very friendly and attentive

Cons: Security overvigilant, but that’s not the hosts fault. Payment was a little awkward but made it work using the Wise app, which gives receipts

Pros: Great location with direct access to Lalaport Mall and the metro station. Also able to walk to sites in KL and the food street. Amazing views from the swimming pool and gym area (no need to do the KL tower). Both pools were excellent and the gym was adequate. Nice having a washing machine in the room.

Cons: Nothing available in the kitchen (salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, etc.) No place to hang towels and no hand or face towels or bath mat provided. Also no swimming pool towels provided. No hand soap. Limited toilet paper.

It is an OK property

Pros: Location was excellent as it was in KL city center and access to Lalaport with many restaurant options and grocery store. Easy to GRAB from the location

Cons: The amenities listed in Booking is inaccurate. It is not representative of what they have. The gym was super hot and did not have any sanitizer. The check in process was tedious. The place has many (57) property managers and we did not receive our QR code which is required to enter the property, thus, a long delay and had to wait for the right person to confirm our booking.

Pros: 일단 생긴지 얼마 안된 쇼핑몰이랑 연결돼 있어서 더위나 비 걱정 없이 편하게 그때그때 필요한 물품을 구매할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 헬스장이나 수영장(인피니티 풀, 50m 풀) 등 내부 편의 시설이 잘 돼있습니다. 특히 헬스장 뷰가 미쳤어오...!!! 레지던스 자체 보안도 엄청 잘돼있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 룸 컨디션을 얘기하자면, 일단 깨끗하고, 에어컨이 구역마다 있어서 매우 쾌적했습니다. 성능이 너무 좋아서 저희는 1개만 틀고 살았는데도 딱 좋았어요! 화장실은 온수 사용하시려면 화장실 옆 스위치를 켜야 나옵니다.

Cons: 화장실에 큰 창이 있는데 블라인드나 커튼이 따로 없어서 불편했습니다. 저희는 제공된 수건으로 대충 가리고 썼습니다...! 그리고 저희가 5박 사용했는데 기본 제공 수건이 2장 밖에 없는 부분이 쫌 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만! 추가 제공 요청 드렸으면 주셨을 것 같아요.
