Hope to stay here again
Pros: Easy to find and close to the monorail station. Restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Plenty of showers, toilets, wash basins and hairdryers for everyone to use. Fridge, microwave, hot and cold water available to use, plus plates and cups etc. Tea, coffee etc in room on arrival, plus a small toothbrush and toothpaste. Washing machine and tumble dryer available to use, free of charge! Just buy the washing pods from reception. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Another level of backpacking experience
Pros: I love that I got my own private room with all the essential needs like a clean bed, a wardrobe, a working table and chair. The AC and fan worked well. The wifi was okay - dropping out at times.
Cons: The bathroom cleanliness can be improved. There were no toilet rolls on the first day I got there...maybe ask the housekeeper team to check the cleanliness and topup toilet rolls more often could be a great improvement. The room is not sound proof so you can hear your neighbours quite well (talking on the phone, playing music).

Nice Place.
Pros: Staff, managers, they're all exceptional. Very good feedback response in case there's any problem. The environment outside is a bit hectic but very close to cheap eating places. A good place and an excellent saving venture with good comfortability in my opinion. The room is adequate for one person (depends on the type of room that you book), it lacks a scenery-by-the-window vibe in the room but I don't think that is the main goal of the establishment. Overall, a good place for KL solo travellers. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Pros: Location: very good, close to Monorail (Green line), there are a lot of stores and restaurants in that location Room: very clean, comfortable bed, A/C, fan, lights, desk, and wardrobes Toilet: enough numbers, very clean, warm water Staff: very very very friendly and helpful Valuable: very valuable to pay Special facilities: a small pantry with a big fridge, an iron and a ironing board, a sink with shared utensils, two washing machines, shared co-working space with tables and stools

A Premium Backpackers Accommodation
Pros: The place is very nice, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are so premium. Their rates are also so affordable for the comfort and premium experience they have to offer. I enjoyed my stay with them and I will definitely come back here again!! Truly recommended and a 5-star experience.

Premium Room Experience
Pros: The rooms felt premium and were very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The shared bathroom and pantry were well-maintained and they even provide unlimited drinking water via a water filter, which is a great touch. Additional facilities like a fridge, microwave, washing machine and WiFi made the stay even more convenient. The staff were warm, friendly and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Definitely a 5-star stay.
