Overall nice, good location and clean, the only minus is noise from the music/bars next to the hotel

Pros: The location is just perfect, you step out of the hotel and you have many option to eat/drunk, nice market is just behind the corner.

Cons: There was a loud noise at night, coming from the bars next to the hotel, a bit difficult to fall asleep.

Good convenient location.

Pros: Malay lady staff during night shift is lovely and helpful.

Cons: TV wasnt working, night shift staff apologise that the maintenance person is already off for the night. Indian gentleman staff from the morning shift the next day ignore my request for the tv to be fix.

My go to choice every time in KL

Pros: I stayed here two years ago, and my opinion hasn’t changed—it’s still just as amazing. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, and the attention to detail really stands out. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus for me as a remote worker. I also felt completely safe here as a solo female traveler. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. This place will always be my top choice in KL. I can’t wait to come back! 😊

A good hotel in Chinatown

Pros: We enjoyed the location in Chinatown due to proximity to sights. The room was large, very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. We had asked for a quiet room and had one at the rear of the hotel which was great.

Cons: There is no wardrobe in the room, simply 5 hangers on hooks and no shelves. There is no fridge and only one bedside table and lamp.

Cons: Please have 2 chairs in a room for 2 people. More hooks / rails in the bathroom please.

Pros: It was in a good location. A comfortable room with nice white sheets and towels. Filtered water available.

Cons: All good. Air conditioning was quite weak.

Simple comfort in excellent location, great for foodies.

Pros: A simple, clean hotel located above a tea shop in Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown. Unbeatable location close to night market, early morning and late-night eats, and public transit (central station, subway). Interior room was windowless but therefore very quiet. Also free tea tasting! We bought some. Wi-fi was quite good, too.

Cons: Thought room would come with tea from the associated tea shop, but it didn't.
