Good location near Bukit Bintang with friendly staff, but room facilities and amenities could be improved.

Pros: Hotel staff were polite and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The location is very convenient as it is close to Bukit Bintang, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, street food, and public transportation — everything is within walking distance.

Cons: The air conditioner could have been colder. The refrigerator was not cold enough. The window could only be opened halfway. The TV channel selection was quite limited. Only one room card was provided. The safe box in the room was not working.

Pros: I booked a hotel room via booking.com for five nights from the 6th to 11th August 2024, When I reached the hotel around 8.00 am, Mrs. Cawarjah who was in the Front office, gave my room 06 hours early at 8.10 am in the morning, with out extra charge. I am very thankful for that, the Hotel Management and specially Mr.Cawarjah and all staff.

Cons: The guy who was at the front office on 11 th, Saturday night always talks angrily to Guests . I strongly condemn it

Pros: Great location to stay. In front of Panda eyes, a few minutes walking to Damascus restaurant, Mrt station , pavilion, lot 10 etc. Facilities services are very nice and comfortable for the family.

Cons: 😪Receptionist not friendly. 😪 the price at the counter may differ from the amount shown during booking. - need to standby duit tepi.
