Pros: The staff (Dishen and Hossain) is friendly and helpful

Pros: Clean and beautiful ambiance. Located near to BTS and nearby Restaurants Staff Named NaNa in reception done a very good job

Cons: Can provide water bottle instead of jug to refil water from dispenser at outside of Room.

Pros: the place is in the heart of kl and very comfortable
