Pros: dekat dengan tempat yang ingin dituju . kemudahan agak baik , 7/10 . luar kawasan hotel tidak berapa baik dimana dikelilingi orang asing macam mini dhaka . overall good (8/10) , ada wifii

Cons: - ramai warga asing terutama bangladesh diluar dimana tidak selamat - plag dalam bilik hanya ada 2 , perlu sediakan lebih - tiada makanan disediakan , boleh naik taraf - boleh tidur , tapi sedikit gangguan kerana berdekatan mrt
