Nice, convenient and good value for money

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the big Suria KLCC mall and parks. There are also a couple of convenience shops next it. We enjoyed our time by the pool which was nice and quiet with a steam room and sauna. Our family room for 3 was big and comfortable. Good selection of dishes for breakfast. The staff was friendly and very quick to address any issues or requests. Overall, good value for money.

Cons: The carpets in the room were a bit smelly and since the windows don't open there was no way to freshen the air. The air conditioner was very powerful and wouldn't go up in temperature, so had to be switched on and off, otherwise the room would get very cold. There was a small problem with the shower pressure but it was fixed by the maintenance staff very quickly and efficiently. Our stay partially coincided with a festival and a long weekend, so the hotel got very busy during that time, with a large queue to get breakfast. It was fine afterwards.

We had a peaceful, comfortable and convenient stay at Concorde.

Pros: location is execellent...at the heart of KLCC...very near to the monorail station. rooms are clean and comfortable...fairly large and has an excellent view of the twin tower breakfast is sumptuous with a lot of options

Cons: location is possibly the best thing. staff is friendly and cordial. Food served by the hotel is also good

Awesome location just metres from monorail and short walk to many amazing places.

Pros: Location brilliant, pool and gym fantastic, view of towers from room, staff incredibly friendly, room very spacious.

Pros: We had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was exceptionally clean. The European breakfast was very good. We really appreciate that the staff changed our room in the middle of the night because our neighbor was snoring loudly. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great central hotel.

Pros: This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel in a premium room. It's a great location with easy access by Grab to anywhere in the centre you might want to visit. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The premium room is very spacious and comfortable with an enormous attached bathroom. The premium room gives you access to a separate breakfast room which is quiet and peaceful with plenty of room. Access to exclusive lifts and a couple of free drinks each evening, including alcohol. I will definitely return to this hotel when next in KL.

Recommended for short staycation in the city

Pros: the room was well lit, comfortable and clean. We appreciate the service and added value given for the premier rooms. Although the establishment have been around for awhile it still maintains the facilities and cleanliness.

Cons: There was only one issue which we was not able to find the light switch for the entrance walkway lights. Other then that all was fine as we enjoyed our stay
