Great hotel, convenient location and facilities

Pros: The gym was a bonus and a great size overlooking one of the pools. The bed was so comfortable. Soundproofing has worked because we very rarely heard noise from other people. The location close to KLCC and avenue K was convenient for metro and shopping. Walking distance to the Petronas towers. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the city and the towers.

Cons: Breakfast was ok. There are so many outside breakfast places to eat at if needed.

Perfect stay!

Pros: had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is phenomenal, perfectly situated and convenient for everything I needed. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was simply a perfect experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

A luxurious and memorable stay with breathtaking Twin Towers views and excellent service

Pros: Excellent facilities in the apartment with complimentary room upgrade, and the view of the Petronas Twin Towers from our room was absolutely spectacular. Facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and truly 5-star standard. Great service from Nazuha front desk and would definitely stay again!

Cons: Rooftop bar next to the pool not managed by the hotel, which made the experience feel disconnected

Pros: Great accomodation for stay in Kuala Lumpur, very centrally located with supportive personal. Rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed breakfast as well. And rooftop pool is amazing, with stunning views.

Cons: Nothing in my mind, I would love to come back soon.

A very comfortable and well appointed hotel in a great location. friendly staff

Pros: Its proximity to major attractions such as the Petronas Towers and shopping malls. I also liked the size of the “room” (more like an apartment) I stayed in. It was definitely much more spacious than other hotel rooms I have stayed in. The swimming pools were lovely and quite large, particularly the one on floor 6.

Cons: No electrical outlet in the bathroom. I could not dry my hair in the bathroom and unfortunately the cord wasn’t long enough to have access to the mirror in the foyer from the nearest plug. Also the door lifts were quite slow in closing. More choices for different types of bread for breakfast eg multigrain, would be appreciated. Also a larger variety of toast spreads and tea choices.

Hotel was very neat and clean but food especiall the roof top and breakfast was terrible .Not VALUE

Cons: Need a bigger and better breakfast room WITHIN te hotel ..The breakfast is OUTSOURCED according to manager ..hence the hotel doesn't take responsibility for their guests The cramped up room and inadequate and small quantities of items .Most of the food was finished and no refills wen we went for breakfast about 8 30 am .Also the waiters didn't show much care wen we requested for our tables to be cleaned wen waiting for a table. Really disappointed On the 2nd morning we requested a very small packed coffee and fruit only at 6am because of our early departure. Unfortunately the restaurant was NOT EVEN OPENED and we left without breakfast Will the hotel compensate us because we PAID for breakfast. Very sad indeed .

Pros: The size of the apartment felt so spacious but still felt like a hotel. The view of the Petronas towers from our bed was hard to beat!

Cons: Nothing, it was all amazing!

Comfortable stay in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable, pool on the 6th floor was excellent and the location is very centrally located. Great views of the KL cityscape!

Cons: The breakfast area is too small with limited range of food options.
