Pros: Breakfast was very good Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms very clean and well equiped. Location perfect for our purposes, close to transport,shops and entertainment

Cons: Lifts were not sufficient for the number of guest

Pros: 1. I originally booked the Amber Queen, but as it was fully booked, the hotel management upgraded me to a suite. Much appreciated :) 2. Great location. Many restaurants and eateries are nearby, making it very convenient. 3. Spacious and clean room. 4. Brand-new, modern amenities and in-room equipment. 5. Professional, courteous staff who made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: 1. The elevators were quite slow, especially during peak hours.

Great location, clean modern room, really nice staff ... oh and excellent value!

Pros: I have stayed here twice - both times have been 'upgraded' at check-in to a superior room. No idea why, and no idea if these rooms are much better, but the rooms both times were excellent... super comfortable bed, modern bathroom and a nice view which was a bonus. The pool is also amazing and has a great outlook over the city. The breakfast was OK - mostly Asian, seemingly catering to Asian tour groups but enough Western offerings meant I ate there every day - certainly not a 5 star buffet but fried eggs, toast, fruit and again great value. For the price, this is an excellent hotel in a lively area - would stay here again. Oh and ... the staff are super friendly (which to be fair has been my experience everywhere in Malaysia)!

Pros: Smells sooo nice from entering the lobby area until room. And the staff are very helpful too since we have toddler come with.

Fantastic service and a great location!

Pros: Great location! Close to excellent bars and restaurants Excellent friendly staff, who were very helpful when answering all our questions. Rooms were very clean, and housekeeping provided an exceptional service.
