Superb stay!

Pros: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at RCKL, staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and calm - a homely feeling. Nice to stay in a furnished room, unlike some contemporary hotels with featureless, impersonal rooms. Breakfast was great with ample choices and no waiting in line.

Elegance in the heart of the shopping district. Suitable for large family to live in comfort

Pros: The apartment was so spacious- it was bigger than my home. Large rooms and even a kitchen/ study / dining area etc Location was the best. Right in the heart of the city and shops. Gym and spa was so clean and equipped . The staff were super friendly and attentive. They were able to accommodate our early checkin which made it so easy after an early morning flight. The food was delicious.

Cons: Would have been nice to have a washing machine .

Cons: Gets busy in Club lounge at dinner in peak times. People eat in the foyer when they cant wait for a table. Looks grisley & unpleasant to see. People slopping food on lounges that are not made for eating at.

Pros: From greeting to goodbye, the staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was just incredible and you did not want for anything, it was there. Great lionks to the shopping malls and such a good location. Definately recommend.

Excellent!

Pros: Everything was luxurious. The rooms are big, bright and clean, the bedding is very comfortable. The location is excellent for tourists, located in the city center in Bukit Bintang, but still in a very calm street. The breakfast was variated and delicious and the staff very professional. Would definitely recommend!
