Superb KL view

Pros: Smoothly check in process with warm greeting. International buffet breakfast style. Hotel lobby at level 9 and shopping mall is only at level 1 onwards.

Cons: Too bad that the flight on next day is a bit rushing, made us not really have time to enjoy the facilities

Friendly staff in a magnificent building

Pros: Good location within the Diamond Triangle of KLCC. The shopping mall underneath is huge. The hotel ie beautiful, very luxurious communal areas and lovely pool . The rooms were great. Nice showers and we had two bigger size single beds . We didn’t try breakfast it was expensive. If you turn right out of the hotel, you’re in the traditional streets and the food was fab and very cheap.

Pros: Services was really good, really convinient in terms of shopping as the centre was below and plenty of good quality food and shops. Also very easy to get taxi from there. Breakfast was great too, they also upgraded my room for free despite me being late to my arrival by a day

Pros: Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I can’t fault anything about it. The location is very good and the staff were super friendly. I have to single out the room cleaner Alauddin who was very friendly. Even passing him in the hallway he made a big effort to speak to me and ensure my room was to my standard and always asked.

Cons: I don’t have anything to say.

Such a great hotel, at an affordable price!

Pros: Exceptional hotel - staff were lovely, pool and gym was great, western food was limited for breakfast, but was great nonetheless! The attached mall was awesome, and the hotel cafe and restaurant was delicious too! Really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Staff at the concierge. Understand that they are busy when many guests come to them at one time. But don't serve a guest halfway and left to serve another and make the first guest wait without saying anything.

Pros: Located next to mall and easy access. All staff was great - from front desk, operator, house keeping and at coffee hse too, love the ambiance, lift service was awesome, room was clean & spacious.

Cons: Bfast used to be very tasteful as came here couple of times with friends and family too. We really enjoyed our bfast previously but this round it was not tasteful as before. I couldn’t finish my bfast due to dishes was a bit salty, fried rice too dry, poori was hard and the asam laksa was too sweet. But i love the ayam masak merah though.
