Pros: Very pleasant staff, nice rooms, nice pool and view from pool terrace, good breakfast

Cons: Nothing too big, just perhaps a comment from my 4 year old, that breakfast pancakes is not very good.

Great location for a short stay in KL :-)

Pros: Great location, easy access to tourist sites plus close to RMT metro bus train services The staff and guest relation teams were excellent and always on hand to help

Cons: We found it difficult to sleep in our first room due to excessive noise from nearby night club.However the front desk were able to help the next day and move us to a rear room which was much quieter

Excellent hotel, BEST showers!

Pros: Everything! The hotel was excellent! Good location and comfortable bed! The shower was BRILLIANT. The staff were super professional and lived up to the 5* standard. Special thanks to Salim who was extremely accommodating!

Amazing staff, friendly people. Would definitely stay again

Pros: The staff were amazing. Bahuran at the bar staff and all of other rooftop bar staff were extremely attentive,hospitable and attentive. The room itself was clean and comfortable similar to the location which was central and easily accessible. The rooftop bar has a stunning view as well.

Cons: The breakfast was subpar with limited variety. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast but would definitely recommend staying here.
