Relaxing and safe.

Pros: The room and hotel and facilities are so beautiful. Easy checkin. ATM and store on lower ground.

Cons: That the number they say you must Watsapp didn’t respond to my request for more toilet roll. 4 people for 4 days cannot just use 1,5 rolls of toilet paper.

Great value for money, amazing rooftop pool

Pros: Awesome view from the rooftop pool, also liked its working hours (until 00:00/12 am). Great view from the room as well. The room was clean and had a full-scale kitchen with all the necessities.

Cons: Extremely long elevator waiting times (up to 15 minutes)! This doesn’t sound like a major concern until you are late for all of your pre-planned activities due to the elevators skipping your floor every time. Also, the room would’ve benefited from a bit of refurbishment/renovation.

I come back to KL for work for a duration of 1-2 weeks quite frequently. I’m very happy that after my stay at Ceylonz Su

Pros: Loved the premium suite, it was spacious and the layout was well-planned. It felt like home away from home.

Cons: There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property :)

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, felt safe the whole time. Infinity pool is amazing with great music choice!

1 night stay

Pros: The room was nicely decorated. Location of this building is just perfect- you can either take grab for couple of euros, or even walk to main attractions.

Cons: The check in was at 15pm, not a minute earlier, but the check out was supposed to be at 11am. This is quite early, we couldn’t even go to have breakfast before check out time. Also, the bathroom smelled horribly. The system needs to be upgraded or sth. We needed to leave ventilation in the bathroom on during the night, as the smell was just too much. Also the sink was clogged.

Good value for money , beautiful views from the room , beautiful pool area and stunning views

Pros: Pool area was so beautiful and has the best views of the city . close to night street market and night life ( 10 min walk ) roof top area was the highlight of the place . They also have few food places in the building which is convenient. My room was on 22nd floor and the views from there were beautiful

Cons: Lift did take some time but overall it’s a big place so didn’t bother me too much . Room walls were very thin, I could hear someone coughing and lady was not even loud . Pool area had few sun beds . I also went to the cafe and had breakfast, it was ok .

Pros: The location is nice not too far from places like klcc, berjaya times Square and merdeka square. Love the place the hotel is beautiful. The reception is good too.

Cons: Somehow I feel the house keeping is a bit lacking.

Pros: Great location, albeit situated in a high rise, multi storey building. But that has its advantages, the view was fantastic from the top. Here is an infinity pool that let's you view the iconic buildings. Easy access to pretty much everywhere in downtown KL.

Cons: It can be quite busy, especially when waiting for the lifts.

Pros: stunning view of.... KUALA LUMPUR! Brilliant design of the infinity pool and 360 degrees view of Kuala Lumpur at the top of the building. Good for healing and release tension away from hectic lifestyle schedule.
