Pros: The team was very accommodating. I booked this place for my friend's honeymoon, and they actually did surprise them in their room and they arranged everything for them to make it smooth.

Pros: Location, the room, very big and clean with a magnifying view over the city

Cons: The check-in was a bit complicated, there was nobody nobody at the reception, and the security had to call the manager to give us the key. Also for the checkout, the manager had to come and check the room before he could give us the deposit back. I never experienced this in another part of the world, but for the rest we enjoyed the room so much..

Pros: Beautiful place Loved the view of the Petronas Towers right from the pool. The unit was cozy and clean, and it's just a short walk to KLCC. Great for a short city getaway. Will recommend to friends!
