Pros: A comfortable residence to live in. The studio is clean and well-maintained, with a great view. It has a separate bedroom and a kitchen combined with the living area. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it's a convenient and practical option.

This property is located near everything just nice and it is comfortable and clean
Pros: The property is just so nice for my small family with 2 small kids..Its clean, comfortable and the host send me the iron as per request..They also provide washing machine & dryer for use..Overall it is good enough for 2 days 1 night stay
Cons: I dont really go through the description properly so i miss the car parking fee..End up i am so shock when i need to pay for my car park rm2/hour..For the next day before checkout i need to pay rm10 for the overnight car park

Great value!
Pros: The building renovation/ construction still ongoing but the room itself if magnificent! It has all the things we need. The owner also is kind enough to allow us checking out late for 2 hours without consequences. The room is clean and organized and everything is prepared. Location is also nearby to the places you will visit as a tourist in KL. Would definitely highly recommend this. The only drawback is the queue in the lift during rush hour. Don’t book a grab while still not in the lobby because it could take so long to take the lift.

Чудове житло поряд з памятками
Pros: Нам сподобалась ця квартира у гарному комплексі. Вона була чистою і з чудовим панорамним видом - усе як на фото. Квартира обладнана кухнею і пральною машиною хоча ми цим не користувалися. В окремій спальні (без вікна) комфортне ліжко і є додатковий матрац, якщо вас більше двох... Власник надіслав інструкції і код і доступ видавався легким :) Ми дуже вдячні власнику також за те, що він дозволив заїхати нам у нестандартний час і дав можливість відпочити після перельоту - з 7 ранку до 15 дня. Ми також змогли дістатися до памяток пішки. Навпроти будинку є торговий мол і є де поїсти.
Cons: Охорона не дала нам доступ відразу до скриньки з ключами. Хоча власник надіслав код. Вони відсилали нас на вулицю до зовнішньої охорони щоб ми у них отримали доступ. Заходили на якісь сайти, там перевіряли коди, писали власнику з власної ініціативи і надсилали фото... Охоронець також зайшов з нами у кімнату з поштовими скриньками, сказав показати йому код, дивився який код ми вводимо і потім телефонував власнику з приводу того, що той залишив нам два ключі, а не один.... Не знаю, чи припустимо, щоб охорона дивилась коди від поштових скриньок, але у нас не було можливості відмовити. Думаю, власнику треба змінити код... Таке враження, що їх охорона якось занадто перебільшує свою місію. І хоча вони були любязні, але вони забрали у нас більше півгодини дорогоцінного часу... Також окремо охорона записувала нас в журнал на даху коло басейна і ми постійно ловили на собі погляди охоронця, купаючись там... Це було дивно... Також із побажань власнику щодо покращення квартири - невеликі сліди плісняви у ванній легко можна зняти миючим засобом зі хлором, щоб вони не псували враження про таку гарну квартиру...

Pros: Really impressed with this place! The pricing is reasonable and the location couldn't be better. Everything you need is within walking distance - convenience stores and local eateries are just steps away. Parking costs were quite fair too, only RM20 for my entire 3-day stay. Definitely a smart choice for budget-conscious travelers who want convenience without breaking the bank

Pros: View cantik. Tempat sgt selesa dan bersih. Pool view KLCC. Lokasi strategik. Lengkap semua kemudahan. Owner sgt² membantu. Tilam & towel extra pun ada disediakan.
Cons: Parking agak pricey. Time checkout tggu lif lebih setengah jam. Time lain okay ja.

Pros: Superbe résidence avec tout ce qu'il faut. Un hôte disponible à tout moment par téléphone. Le check-in et check-out sont très facile. Propre, bien équipé et piscine infinity pool et Spa disponible gratuitement. À 2,3 km de Jalan Alor et Bukit Bintang.
