A Happy short staycation. Looking forward to come again

Pros: Everything was perfect, the fact that the bathroom come with a tub! And the location perfect as it situated just inside the times square mall, night time just a walking distance of 10 minutes to jalan alor food market, pavilion, and bukit bintang walk. Overall very nice!

Cons: The tv however is not a smart tv, so they don't have any netflix or anything except just a very blur tv channel. However the have wifi which is great.

Good for Solo traveller easy hub

Pros: 24/7 you get someone help you out even privately operated.i had a problem with wife Samuel solved it .I liked the location.if you are looking luxury facilities never try it.1 o or 2 night accommodation is good value for your payment and secure location

An older but spacious and comfortable apartment in an outstanding location

Pros: The on-site staff, Mr Tuhin, was amazing - he was attentive, available, warm and helpful. The apartment that was assigned to me on the 41st floor was spacious and comfortable, and the night view was spectacular! The location couldn't have been better for public transport, great food, and excellent retail options in the immediate vicinity.

Cons: It's an 20+ year-old apartment and it's showing, especially in terms of furnishing and maintenance. The bathroom and kitchenette were far from spotless, and the cleaners need to do a much more thorough job. Some lightbulbs were missing, the toilet seat is slightly cracked, and the TV reception isn't great.

Spacious but very shabby apartment in a fantastic central location

Pros: Very spacious. Nice to have a microwave in the kitchenette. Excellent central location, close to the monorail and only 4 stops from KL Sentral station, and a short walk from Jalan Alor food night market. Access to a swimming pool in the building and security at the building entrance all the time. Conveniently located on the edge of a shopping centre, and close to other shops and restaurants.

Cons: The apartment and its provisions were dilapidated and in great need of replacement/refurbishment e.g. there was a tear on the corner of the bed sheet and holes in one of the towels, one of the bathroom tiles was missing from the side of the bath tub, and the bath tub had a couple of small patches of repair. The small fridge needs defrosting as there's a huge block of ice inside, causing things stored in it to freeze.

Cons: Keine Antwort auf Nachrichten bei booking. Über 60 Minuten im Times Square gewartet und wusste nicht, wo Check in ist. Erst nachdem ich es geschafft habe die Nummer anzurufen, kam jemand zu mir und brachte mich zum Zimmer. 200 Ringgit Deposit für Zimmerkarte. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bad ist alt und rostig. Im gesamten Hotel laufen kleine Kakerlaken rum. Fernseher ohne Smart TV.
