Cons: Could hear almost everything from the the room next door since it was just separated by a wooden door

Great location, spacious rooms with everything you need.

Pros: Top location. Spacious rooms. Nice view. Rooms have everything you need. There is a small shop in the lobby and there is luggage service.

Cons: Waiting for a lift during busy times but that's normal.

Pros: The location to klcc and saloma bridge just 10 minutes walk. Opposite road got 2 chinese restaurant 1 halal 1 non halal. A arabic nearby convenient store below. Room is clean pool are with nice view n sunset

Cons: The lift is need see timing. Our stay no problem. Just check out time. Everyone at the time of 10am. Is ridiculous. 4 lift but all are full. Soundproof not very good. Parking limited.

Pros: The room was so well kitted out, a good size, and great to have filtered water provided on tap. Everything you needed provided. A beautiful pool at the top, must visit, but slightly disappointed that rain stopped play (apparently you can't swim in the rain!)

Cons: It would have been nice to have some soap in the bathroom. Other than that it was great.

Pros: Huge apartment with all necessary amenities. Rooftop pool is great and location in KLCC is good.

Cons: Not the cleanest place (hairs and dead bugs, toilet unclean). The sink was leaking and the water in the shower was barely warm.

Pros: the location is just perfect, the view from ceiling to floor windows is magnificent and the sky pool 😍😍 I am also thankful that the manager let us check in earlier

Cons: I had some problems with adapters to sockets cause I didn’t have any and the staff didn’t want to solve the problem and couldn’t tell me where to buy it. Luckily, I found one. also, we had unpleasant smell in our room and water was going out of the bathroom sink.

Nice room, but smelly

Pros: Extremely nice, small room. Very modern. One of the nicest in Malaysia so far. Check in experience with PDF was amazing.

Cons: room was very smelly when we arrived (damp, foul smell). I assume the people before us hang towels and didn't put on the ventilator for days. Smell was old and bad. When we left it was better. Pool was cold, but I guess some would like that in this climate; too few pool chairs, everybody has to sit on the ground. Outside there's bit too little public transportation in the location.
