Scarletz Suites KLCC

Pros: The room was so spacious and clean. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay here. They even provide coway water filter and washing+dryer machine in the room.

Pros: The suite is located close to my destination KLCC. Parking is available inside the building although have to pay RM5. The Plush services are very easy to contact.

Really looking forward to booking it again

Pros: The friendly Scarletz Suites receptionist Mera was excellent. The location in KLCC is great. The infinity pool was great, but a little busy. The views from my room were great, and the Banyan Tree bistro provided good quality and great value food and drinks. Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons: The lifts were a bit of a pain, with only four servicing 48 floors

Pros: The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with the added convenience of Bila-Bila Mart on the lobby area, food shops within walking distance and easy access to KLCC. We had a cozy vibe that made the stay very comfortable.

Pros: Great facilities with beautiful pool and great location. Bag drop is in a separate building 15 mins away which isn't very convenient. It is quite busy in the building with elevator traffic especially in the morning and evening.

Comfort and location

Pros: Room looks beautiful and the bed is very comfortable with luxuriously soft bedlinen. The kitchen is fully equipped (including sharp knives, which is unusual & welcome!). There are 2 airco units and a ceiling fan. The managers were very responsive to my questions and requests which I really appreciated. The gym was well-equipped. It's an easy walk to the Petronas Towers and to the nearby KLCC Metro station in a shopping mall. There is a small convenience store on the ground floor. You can see the top of the Petronas Towers from the gym!

Cons: More attention to detail is needed. It took me 2 days to discover that hot water for the shower requires pressing an unmarked switch outside the bathroom. On arrival, I discovered the deadbolt on the door was broken. Someone was sent to repair it very quickly. I had to request a power adapter/extension cable because there was only one available power socket in the whole apartment. This was provided very quickly on request. The WiFi was slow which meant online meetings were difficult. The gym on the 48th floor had power outages regularly which meant no light, no airco and no treadmill. Although everything was fixed very quickly, these things could have been handled before my arrival.

Pros: Excellent location and views from room. Nice large apartment.

Cons: Very popular building so sometimes a little crowded.

I would definitely revisit again for my next trip.

Pros: It was located at a strategic location where it’s convenience for you to travel around KL or even PJ area.
