Anggun Residence near KLCC

Will definitely choose this place to stay again

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at Anggun Residence KL. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Dang Wangi and Medan Tuanku MRT stations, making it very convenient to get around. Along the walking route, there are also a few hidden gem food spots, which made the stroll enjoyable. Also a very nice place to take pictures. The apartment is close to Quill Mall, Supamala Hot Pot, Rosco, and The Row (where you can find Cheevit Cheeva). Right in front of the residence, there’s a nasi lemak stall and a mamak restaurant, so food is never an issue. The area feels lively, happening, and safe for tourists. The view is another major plus—we loved the beautiful views of KLCC Twin Towers and KL Tower, especially at night. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with two king beds in the bedroom. Facilities were tip-top, including a washing machine with dryer, refrigerator, and other essentials, which made our stay very convenient.

Cons: As for the downside, some of the curtains and bedroom lights need fixing. We also tried to watch Netflix, but it wasn’t connected or playable. The WiFi was a bit slow, though still usable. Overall, despite a few minor issues, everything was okay and we enjoyed our stay. A good choice if you’re looking for a spacious unit, great views, and a strategic location in KL.

Pros: owner are responsive& very considerate. Apartment are pretty. Got issue with leaking bidet, informed owner & got repaired instantly.

Cons: Cannot use pool :(

Pros: Nearby the MRT station and mall. Easy in terms of of transportation. There’s also a lot of food restaurants/ stall nearby. Easy check in/ check out Room suitable for 4-5 people. Comfortable for a family to stay. Nice view as well (twin tower & menara KLCC) Toilet is clean. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Got hot water as well. Kitchen are very nice. Got microwave, oven, water heater, cooking utensils and fridge. A lot of space to keep your stuff. And provided with clothes hanger and drying rack. Also have washing machine and dryer (although the dryer might have some issues-clothes still wet after drying)

Cons: During my stay, the sink at the kitchen need fixing. But the maintenance can’t fix it due to not having appropriate tools. So we can’t use the sink during our stay 🥲. But the host allow late check out (12PM) in exchange to the broken sink that can’t be fix😊 One of the seat in the living room already broken. So have to be alert with the condition of provided necessities.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Easy to check in. Easy to open the tv.

Pros: Very clean near to lrt by walking distance, the host very helpfull & friendly any some issue the host solve it.. near to all attraction place klcc kl tower & so on will definitely book again ( stay for 1 weeks )

Pros: Had a really pleasant stay here . Really enjoyed our stay The property was well-kept cozy, and had everything we needed. the host was welcoming would definitely come back!

Cons: Just a few facility we cant us like hair dryer & sink but thats okey

Overall it was a good stay. Too bad the swimming pool is not available at that time.

Pros: Please add a photo to the key retrieval instructions. A visual guide would be more helpful than the current text-only description.

Cons: I'm reporting two problems: 1) Leaking Kettle: The water kettle is leaking. 2) Faulty Bidet: The bidet is not functioning correctly. It leaks water onto the floor around the toilet, and the puddle remained even after a full 24 hours.

Pros: - I love the view that the room offers. I can see both the Petronas Tower and Menara KL Tower ( we're on the 23rd floor) and the lifts were very fast, we never waited for more than 3 mins. - The beds were big and comfy - The guards were nice. One of them even showed us the rooftop. You should definitely check out the rooftop at night, the view from there is sublime

Cons: - None

Everything were perfect except the floor. Feel sticky.

Pros: I like the enviroment, room and the completed facilities

Cons: The floor and the table top. I think they did'nt mop or wipe the table top. Our feet were dirty.

Pros: location coz nearest many mall & easy find food

Cons: pool maintenance disappointed for kids
